CB3Q devices use a charge pump to allow signal voltages above the supply. Do you need this feature? What are the required voltages and frequencies?

No, I don't need this feature. Voltage is from 1.8 to 3.3V. frequencies is up to 100 MHz. I prefer to low price and L/T .it is popular part.Thanks.
