Hi,

We can see "Continuous current through Vcc or GND terminals +-100mA" on absolute maximum rating table of the datasheet as follows:

Could you please let us know the condition of this situation (Continuous current through Vcc or GND terminals)?

Please advise us. I can not guess the condition of flowing continuous current to Vcc/GND terminals.

When the voltage at a control or I/O pins is less than −0.5 V, then a current can flow through the clamping diode. And when this happens at three pins, with a current of 50 mA each, then you exceed this limit for the GND pin. (This device does not have any buffered outputs or any clamping diodes to V_CC, so it is not possible to exceed the V_CC limit.)
