Tool/software:

Hello,

I need your help in selecting correct analog/digital multiplexer for my application.

I have a TI MCU running at 1.8V supply and therefore all digital IOs will be working at 1.8V logic.

I have following signals in my design:

As you can see in above block diagram, I have two different interface signals named as InterfaceA & InterfaceB. This means, signal will always go from Interface to Target(Left To Right)

All signals follow 1.8V digital logic.

The maximum clock frequency on any signal could go as high as 10MHz. I can reduce to 4Mhz as well.

I don’t need signal isolation. So, the GND of Left side circuit and Right-side circuit is common.

I have TI MCU that will control which interface to be selected. So, the multiplexer will be controlled by TI MCU.

CLK1 & CLK2 are always unidirectional and driven from either InterfaceA or InterfaceB. This means, signal will always go from Left to Right

D0, D1, D2 & D3 signals are bidirectional. This means, signal may go from Left to Right or Right to Left

LATCH is always unidirectional and driven from Target device. This means, signal will always go from Right to Left

What I need is a multiplexer that allows me to select the desired Interface between InterfaceA OR Interface B.

The multiplexer should not introduce excessive voltage drop on 1.8V logic. Therefore, ON resistance shall be as low as possible

The multiplexer should not alter signal integrity which results into violation of 1.8V digital logic VIL, VIH, VOH, VOL specification.

I don’t think crosstalk will be matter of concern as my max. frequency is less than 10MHz

Having said that, could you please help me in narrowing down which TI product would be most appropriate for above mentioned requirement?
