we are developing product to use this part in 100mbps switching application, Please share its spice/any simulation models so that need to perform some simulation including this part in archtechture.

    Hello Yaseen,

    Our team does not have a TS3L100 simulation model.

    However fortunately we do have a very good FAQ that gives step by step instructions about how to simulate this device performance in pspice.

    In addition the 100mbps data rate is fine for this device because of its bandwidth  and you can learn why by taking a look at this FAQ.

    FAQ doesn't give any spice instruction's it only gives us how to chose bright bandwidth for requirement.

    can you check any other similar device which has spice model.

    Hello Yaseen,

    I actually posted two FAQs in my last post. I am assuming you did not see the first one.

    Here is the FAQ that gives instructions about how to get similar simulations results to a pspice model when one is not available for TI multiplexers.

    In addition I did do some more looking and could not find a spice model for any device similar to the  TS3L100
