That said, TS5A3160 is the typically thought of as general purpose but does have a powered off protection feature. TS5A63157 has overhoot/undershoot protection will have slightly higher RON but better CON so better for higher frequency signals, TS5A3159 will be very similar to the TS5A3160 but the 59 is a break-before-make switch and the 60 is a make before break. 60will also have lower supply curennt
