LMG3522R030: Spike in Drain-Source Voltage

Hello, 

I was wondering what might cause the spikes observed in the V_DS of the switch (purple waveform) when the gate signal (blue waveform) is continuously ON during that period. Meanwhile, the complementary switch exhibits the inverted version of this gate signal along with its corresponding drain-to-source signal.

    Hi Adel,

    Can you share additional circuit details like topology, schematic, etc. for better investigation of this issue. Is this issue replicated on the complementary switch as well? Also, please share some details on the control strategy to understand the source of these switching pulses near the peak current.
