I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request a SPICE module for the TINA-TI simulation software, specifically for an analog switch. If available, a module for the TMUX131 would be ideal, as it perfectly suits my current project requirements.

If the TMUX131 is not available, I would appreciate any similar analog switch modules that you might have. Having access to this module will greatly assist in the simulation and design phases of my project, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

    Hi avihoo,

    Our team currently doesn't have a TMUX131 Pspice model, but if you did want to use a passive stand-in model of this device for your simulations please checkout this FAQ.

    However another device that is similar to the TMUX131 is the TMUX136 and that device actually does have a pspice model.

    In addition here is a FAQ I found that might help you import the spice model into Tina-TI.
