My customer is developing the multi-line flash Lidar application. TMUX1308A-Q1+n*LMG1025-Q1 drive the PMW signals to MOSs.
The PWM waveform is shown in below screenshot.
The pulse width is 5ns , the pwm frequencty is about 2MHz( duty cycle is 0.046%), trising=307ps (20%-80%),tfalling=287ps (20%-80%).
Is TMUX1308A-Q1 ok for this application? if not, what's your suggestion on new solution with automotive level?
