use TPS65132 provide +-6V and signal speed is 5MHz and +-5V

The TMUX4052 can support differential signals up to +-12V and has a typical bandwidth of 600MHz.

Does the MUX power input have to have positive and negative voltages?
As shown in the recommended operating conditions, you must not try to switch signals voltages that go beyond the power rails.

I mean, does the VCC of the MUX have to be positive and negative voltages? if an input signal is bipolar. thanks
If the signals to be switched have positive and negative voltages, then VDD and VSS must be positive and negative.
