Hi Teams,
The customer found abnormal waveform when testing CD4053BM96 in this batch.
The triggering voltage at the trigger end was previously 10V, but the batch (2424+5) with abnormal waveform this time is 0.9V. The customer does not know why this phenomenon occurs.
Test pin is 15.
