Tool/software:

The area in the red frame in the image is thought to be the current consumption. I would like to know which corresponds to the current consumption.

    The entries in the electrical characteristics table describe how much current is consumed by the device itself, i.e., how much current flows into VCC and out of GND.

    The entries in the recommended operating conditions table describe how much current you are allowed to pass through the I/O channels (the S/D pins).
