LMKDB1202EVM: no output

What is the input termination you have? 
This device expects a differential input which is either LP-HCSL, HCSL,

or LVDS.

Input type is LP-HCSL.

The current issue is that pin 7 (CLKIN_SEL_tri) fails to properly switch the input source for output 1. However, it works normally for output 2. Please assist in determining whether this is due to IC damage or another issue. Thank you.

You say this is connected to a clk gen EVB- what is the signal format you have from the clock generator? 
Is this an LP-HCSL or HCSL clock with external 50Ohm terminations to GDN? Is this clock DC coupled to the LMKDB1202EVM input?

input is LP-HCSL.

The 100 MHz clock signal generated by the LMK3H0102 EVB is connected via SMA to the CLKIN 1 P/N input of the LMKDB1202 EVB.

LMKDB1202 EVB Hardware Configuration:

1. OE2# / OE1# -> GND
2. CLKIN_SEL_tri / ZOUT_SEL -> VDD

According to the LMKDB1202 datasheet, when CLKIN_SEL_tri is set to HIGH, CLKIN 1 P/N is selected as the input and should output to both Output CLK 1 P/N and Output CLK 2 P/N.

Issue Observed:

• Output CLK 2 P/N successfully receives the 100 MHz signal.
• Output CLK 1 P/N does not receive any signal.

This is the current issue. Please assist in identifying the cause of the problem.
