Hi Team,
I want to use the mentioned SPDT for RF application as per below,
NC pin --> 1.5V
NO pin --> 3.6V
COM pin --> VDDPA (input supply of PA)
V+ --> 3.6V
IN --> Control Pin 0V or 3.6V
On 1.5V input the maximum current is 50 mA.
On 3.6V input the maximum current is 150 mA.
So,
1. What is the peak on resistance at 150 mA with above mentioned condition?
2. Does the device support off state isolation, basically I want to switch off the supply of SPDT when it is
not in use but the same time inputs will be there, so what will be the off state current in this scenario?
or it is better to switch it on every time with above mentioned conditions?
3. Do I need to add any capacitor on input and output pins, what TI recommend?
