I am currently modelling the parastics of SN74LV4052A. It states the Ron is 25 ohms and Con is 5.6pf.

The datasheet states and Cos (switch terminal capacitance) of 5 pF, Cis (common terminal capacitance) of 23 pF, and Cos(on) (common terminal capacitance) of 23pf

My question is how do I model this and is there any other parasitics I am missing. I have attached the model below I have for LTspice

That 5.6pF you have should be 0.5pF as that's the feedthrough capacitance.
For modeling purposes, you can also split the capacitance. One on each side of the mux. It's a little tricky since the COS(ON) is equal to the CIS so you can choose to either put 23pF on one side and 5pF on the other; or I would put 17pF on one side and 5pF on the other to try and represent it closer.
