SN74LVC1G66-Q1: Propagation Delay

Hi,

The propagation delay of the SN74LVC1G66-Q1  is listed as Tpd max of 0.8ns at Vcc 3V in the first page. However, on the switching characteristics it is listed as 2.8ns max at 3.3Vcc.


Additionally for the non-Automotive version SN74LVC1G66 the propagation delay is listed as 0.8ns max at Vcc 3.3V

 

Is this a mistake on the SN74LVC1G66-Q1 datasheet? or is this the expected propagation delay for automotive vs non-automotive?

    Hi Diego,

    As these parts are more than 20 years old, I don't have the complete history on them. However, it looks like the timing specs in the Q1 datasheet have not been changed since the original revision. Please follow the specs in the timing section of the datasheet.
