TMUX1133: QSPI Switching

Part Number: TMUX1133

Hi team,

We are considering selecting the TMUX1133 for qspi switching.
Is it suitable for use under the following conditions?

-Operating voltage: 1.2V
-Operating speed: 25MHz

    Hi Takahiro,

    Given the 220MHz bandwidth of this device and the operating voltage range of [1.08, 5], this switch should work for your application. Please note that this device can pass qspi signals but is not SPI controlled.

    Thank you for your response.

    This device can pass signals,
    but does that mean it is not suitable for SPI signal multiplexing applications?

    Also, to verify that the setup and hold times are acceptable,
    could you provide the propagation delay time and skew information?

    Hi Takahiro,

    This device should be fine for multiplexing SPI signals, but it is not a SPI-controlled mux.

    We do not have the propagation delay or skew information, but please see the screenshot below for timing information!
