There is update to voltage requirements, please find below updated mentioned requirements:

1) Single channel / dual channel

2) Operating speed: Min 100 MHz typ

3) Voltage translation: Side A- 1.2/1.8V, Side B- 0V-2V 

4) TON and TOFF for switch: less than 5ns

5) Propagation delay for buffer: less than 5ns

6) Bidirectional

A suggestion based of the new requirement would be the TMUX1108/1109. This matches more of what you require beside the TON and TOFF value(these are slightly higher than the min)

Hi Arya,

Thanks, TON and TOFF are one of key requirements for our selection. 

After our internal discussion, we have reduced the requirement to SPST and Unidirectional and without voltage translation requirement, just the required part need to operate the signal from 0V-2.5V with TON and TOFF less than 5ns and BW min 100MHz, with an enable pin.
