Switch Selection by Bandwidth

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TS3USB3200

I am trying to select an analog switch and high bandwidth (>>100MHz) is a critical parameter.  But the parametric guides do not include bandwidth or capacitance as criteria.  Any suggestions on how to proceed.  Digging though the datasheets one by one is getting very tedious.

I was looking at the TS3USB3200 but my CM wants $5 each to put QFNs on the PCB.

  • Hello Paul,

If you visit ti.com/switches and select one of the product trees on the left side of the page, this will take you to a table where you can view the switches TI offers and filter out parameters such as channels, configuration, and Bandwidth.

Here is the link for the 5 V or less analog switch page: http://www.ti.com/lsds/ti/switches-multiplexers/analog-switch-multiplexer-less-product.page

    USB page: http://www.ti.com/lsds/ti/interface/usb-switch-products.page?familyAliasId=1201646&paramCriteria=no
