TS3DV520 signal level up to 4-5V

Hi,

We have a question for TS3DV520 5-Channel Differential 10:20 Mux Switch for DVI/HDMI Applications.

We are testing HDMI Switch using TS3DV520 device and spec. is VCC : max 3.6V, V_I/O : max 5.5V in DS.

Operating VCC : 3.5V Speed : 50MHz Target V_I/O signal level : 4-5V

Problem is current V_I/O signal level could not meet the target signal level increasing when we are speed up testing. 

IS THERE ANY NOTICE DESIGN CONSIDERATION?

Our final testing speed is 1Gbps without voltage drop.  

Previous model using TS3USB221A and it has charge pump inside device.

If TS3DV520 has charge pump,please let me have the information.
