Hi Srijan,

We do not have specific routing guidelines for this device, but we have an application note for USB 2.0 routing, which is also differential and in a similar frequency range.

Since the differential pins are not next to each other, you may need to use vias and move the signals to a bottom layer. However, if you use vias, use a large clearance to reduce capacitance.
