Thank you for your question. I performed a review of your schematic and most aspects look to be in good shape. I did see that R382 and R383 were configured in a way that does not make sense to me. For determining low speed mode, a 1.5 kOhm resistor must be connected to the D- line. For full speed, a 1.5 kOhm should be connected to the D+ line. I have not seen the resistors attached to both lines in the way your schematic shows.

Would it be possible to receive more detail on the failure the customer is seeing?

             customer use it for host to connect to USB to Wifi dongle. They use different marking code with the same board. Please refer to below waveform as below also. Thank you.
