Hi Team,

Please allow me to ask you about TS3DV642 DDC line.

[Q1]
Is this device designed to interface 5V DDC even if the VCC is 3.3V ?

[Q2]
If the answer is "YES", is it possible to share internal circuit ?

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards,

Kawai

  • Hello Kawai,

    Thank you for your questions.

    [Q1]
Is this device designed to interface 5V DDC even if the VCC is 3.3V ?

If 5 V DDC refers to the input voltage to the TS3DV642, then the answer is yes, at Vcc = 3.3V, the input voltage can be 5 V.

As you can see from the Recommended Operating Conditions, the Input/Output voltage is independant of Vcc.

    [Q2]
If the answer is "YES", is it possible to share internal circuit ?

May I ask why you need the internal circuit? I will have to go to the management team to request the internal circuit and they would need a reason to release it.

    Regards,

    Jared
