TS5A21366 and SN74CB3T3306 - the ‎resistance value in case of switch OFF

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TS5A21366, SN74CB3T3306

Hi all

Would you mind if we ask TS5A21366 and SN74CB3T3306?

In case of switch OFF, is it possible to regard the value as Hi-z(∞)?

Kind regards,

Hirotaka Matsumoto

  • Hirotaka-san,

When I typed "the ‎resistance value in case of switch OFF" in the signal switch forum search bar the below thread contained the answer to your question.

This post shows you how to calculate the resistance value in case of switch off.  Keep in mind for the TS5A21366 device there are two off state leakage specs:  one is when V+ = 0 V and the other is when there is a valid V+ voltage and the control logic is set to turn the switch off.

    Thank you,

    Adam
