I am looking for an analog switch with the following specs:
I looked up in the system and found that CD4051B can meet the specs, but the package is bigger.
Could you please help to find a smaller component - with package smaller than 3*3mm?

I went to the TI.com switches and multiplexers selection tool and used the filters on the left hand side to input your criteria. It came back with 2 switches TS5L100 and TS5V330. I would look at using the TS5V330 since it comes in a 3.5mm x 4 mm package.
I also did a search on the tool for signal switches with package size <9mm^2 and looks like there are 86 switches. Then I selected 1:2 SPDT and narrowed it down to 34 switches. Next I selected 4 channel switches and found 2 TS3A44159 and TS3A5018 but the TS3A44159 Vcc is only up to 4.3 V.
