    Ann,

    The power consumption for the TS3A5018 across full temperature range -40 to 85 deg C is <10uA.  You can see in the I+ spec in the datasheet.

    You may use the thermal data for the TS3A5018 for the TS3A5017 for the thermal resistance between the junction to case Rthjc.
