The customer would like to test the reliability of their circuit for CD74HC4053 . He needs to get the number of internal logic gates and the number of

internal transistors  for CD74HC4053.

    Mickey,

    The internal schematic for our device is proprietary information and I cannot give out this information.  The closest I can tell you is the switch architecture is a transmission gate with an NFET in parallel with a PFET.

    There will also be some ESD protection circuitry as well. 

    What is the customer building and why do they need to know the internal schematic of the IC?
