Hi Ranita,
The ADG1633 is a 3-channel SPDT switch. We do not have many 3-channel devices currently in our portfolio. Of those we have the SN74LV4053A has an Ron around 20ohm with a sup[ply range of 2-5.5V. We also have the CD4053 that has a much higher supply range but also comes with an Ron typical around 125ohms.
You mentioned the TS5A23159 as a replacement. This switch is a 2-channel device but comes in a UQFN package which would allow the customer to use two in a similar board space to the ADG1633. This device is also able to operate on as low as 1.65V. Two important aspects of this device compared to the ADG1633 is the improved Ron (around 1ohm), and the power-off protection which specifies the leakage current when Vcc=0V.
Other potential devices are the:
TS5A22366 - which allows negative signal capability.
TS5A26542 – with very low Ron and extremely low channel resistance matching.
If none of these devices quite fit your need please let me know some additional parameters so I can help find the best solution!
