Hi Sir, 

We are see the IDT 74CBTLV3251QG8 ESD level is >2000V per MIL-STD-883, Method 3015; >200V using machine model( C=200pF, R=0).

Our customer want to know what level of TI SN74CBTLV3251DBQR?

    Hello Hugo,

    Unfortunately for some of our older switches like this one, we did not perform ESD tests and therefore do not currently have the information you are looking for. However, we are looking into providing such information in the future. Unfortunately the soonest we may be able to provide this information would be in several weeks.

    We do have other 8 to 1 muxes that do have ESD specs provided including the SN74LV4051A and the SN74HC4851. These do not come in a DBQ package, but perhaps these come in an alternate package option that can still fit your needs.
