CD4052B: CD4051B: CD4051B, CD4052B, CD4053B several questions

Hi all

Would you mind if we ask CD4051B, CD4052B and CD4053B?
How much is the input leakage current with Vcc=3.3V, 5.0V and Ta=100C?
On the datasheet P7 shows, it shows "OFF Channel Leakage Current Channel OFF (Max) or ALL Channels OFF(Common OUT/IN) (Max)".
Does it show the input leakage current?

    Hi Hirotaka,

    We have recently changed our testing to account for ON channel leakage current if this is what you are referring to by stating "Does it show the input leakage current?". We are in the process of updating the values for on leakage so they can be included in the datasheet. However, I am not sure if this particular spec is tested all the way up to 100°C or not. I will take an action item to check on this and get back to you.

    I have checked with the team and wanted to let you know what I've found. We have recently changed our tested for these devices to include an on-leakage test. The results from testing show around ±300nA of on-leakage but the testing is only up to 85°C. However, we cannot guarantee this number yet as it is not in the datasheet. The datasheet may be updated soon but we do not have a set date for an update to be released..

    We guess that this condition is Ta=85C with Vcc=5.0V.
    So, do you have the test with Vcc=3.3V?

    I believe the test condition was at 85°C however I do not know the exact voltages VCC was tested at. I do know that the results where showing a result of ±300nA. However, as this data has not yet been provided within a datasheet I cannot guarantee values for either the 3.3V or 5 V case.
