Does TI have a version of the TS5A3359 that is pin compatible but that can go higher than 85 Celcius? We have a temp sensors just next to that chip and our very worst case is 90.5 Celcius.

Or maybe another part that is pin compatible

Thanks for the quick answer, I think it could, I need to validate if the higher Ron can be an issue for us. Also I often see old datasheet with a mention "revised january 2016" for example, which make me more confident that the part will not be EOL soon. But the datasheet is from 2009 with no revision, could this part became EOL soon?

Do not worry. Just for your information, TS5A3357-Q1 is our popular 3:1 automotive MUX. This device will last very long.

In terms of reliability, automotive rating is higher than normal commercial device.
