TS3L110: Need TS3L110 IBIS model

we are using the TS3L110 is in one of our project  we need the IBIS model for it.

    Prasad,

    We currently do not have an IBIS model available for the TS3L100 passive signal switch. The signal path for this passive switch is not buffered so a buffered model doesn't work very well to model the signal path of the switch. Why do require the IBIS model for this device? What function are you trying to model in your system?

    Thanks for the Quick response, 

    We want do the SI analysis of the new design of the PCB, so we need  TS3L110 IBIS model , can you please suggest the Equivalent   IBIS model for this.

    BVRK Prasad,

    We do not have a model available and will not be able to make one easily since the part is older and in archived formats.  

    However, you can get close with a model using the Ron and Con values in the datasheet with the equivalent circuit below.
