TS3L500: Inquiry for Thermal Pad Information

I cannot find thermal pad information in TS3L500 datasheet.

May I know if I can use the thermal pad information in HD3SS2521 datasheet as TS3L500's?

Ting,

Yes, the TS3L500 and the HD3SS2521 are both RHU packages and will have the same footprint. Also, you may electrically connect the thermal pad to ground for the TS3L500.
