HI Switches Team,
From the datasheet I can see the maximum recommended voltage for the switch is V+ +0.3V or 20mA. In our application, we will be using 5V as V+ and we would be using it to connect a 5V serial communication line, but there is one case in which the device could be connected to a 12V serial communication line instead. In this case the switch shall not be closed, so the current will only be the leakage, but I am worried about the voltage, could we use this device in our application?
