SN74CBT3251: Switching frequency ability

The SN74CB3QXXXX family of switches will support up to 500MHz bandwidth. Do you have a scope shot showing the bandwidth of the SN74CB3Q3251 devices whose -3dB point is <25MHz?

What type of signals are you trying to multiplex?
Do you have a schematic or layout to share?

Kay actually ask not bandwidth, but the input frequency is 25Mhz crystal input need to 1:8 mux.
can SN74CBT3251 be used or what device will you advice?

Yes, you may place a 25MHz signal on the signal path pin A to BX. 

Please not that the SN74CBTXXXX family of switches are not rail to rail switches and voltage will be clipped if your clock signal is 3.3 V and your supply voltage is 3.3 V.  The SN74CB3QXXXX family of switches has an infernal charge pump on the gate of the pass FET and will support rail to rail signals.  SN74CB3Q3251.
