TS12A4514: 15V Power Supply

Is there a similar device with such low on resistance and low input and output capacitance, which can be driven with a 15V supply? Or is it possible to drive the TS12A4514 with 15V supply?

    Ronny,

    We cannot recommend operating the TS12A4514 with a 15V supply because it violates the recommended operating conditions of the device.  Why do you need to have a supply rail at 15V?  What signals are you passing through the switch that you need low Ron?

    Currently the lowest resistance device that can operate at 15V supply is the new TMUX6104 I found filtering on supply voltage >15V and sorted Ron lowest to highest.  We will take your feedback into consideration as we continue to define our new products.
