I am trying to create the behavioral model from the given data in the datasheet. But here, i did not understand the difference between on-state, Difference in on-state and peak on-state resistance. Could you please help me to understand these parameters. Also Δt/Δv Input transition rise or fall rate.

The on-state resistance of a FET is not linear so the three different on-state resistance specs help describe the resistance variation across input voltage. This application note Understanding and interpreting standard-logic datasheets explains the different specs.
Below an example of Ron variation vs input voltage so show that it is not linear.
Δt/Δv Input transition rise or fall rate. The device cannot pass infinitely fast signals so this is another way to look at the frequency response. You can almost think of this like a max data rate or max bandwidth spec.
