I have a customer using P/N TS5A23167YZPR (DSBGA package), BGA package shown pin is A1, B1, C1, D1, A2, B2, C2, D2.
But Datasheet shown Pin 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. The footprint and symbol shows A1, B1, …
Could you please tell us how to match the pin from 1, 2, … 8 to A1, B1, C1… D2?
Assume A1=Pin1, B1=Pin2, C1=Pin3, D1=Pin4, A2=Pin5 or Pin8?....?
