Part Number: SN74HC4852-Q1

Can either of SN74HC4852-Q1 / SN74HC4852-Q1 be used for bidirectional control ? 

4 UART (Rx & Tx) needs to be mux/de-mux ed to single UART of MCU. Part needs to automotive grade, 5V support & >10kbps speed.

Kindly suggest any other part if above devices aren't bidirectional ?
