My customer is considering SN74CB Series and has a question.

I would be grateful if you could advise.

According to the datasheet, it is stated that the SN74CB3Q series has a built-in charge pump.

I would like to know about the drive frequency of this charge pump.

We are considering this multiplexer for switching RF signal path,
I am concerned about the influence of the spurs derived from the charge pump.

Shinichi,

The drive frequency of charge pump will be proprietary information. The design takes care to not have the charge pump frequency effect the signal path. I have supported these parts for the past three years and haven't heard any reports of the charge pump of the SN74CB3QXXXX devices having issues with spurs in the system.

Thank you for your reply.

I understand switching frequency is non disclosure.

In this case, the application of the customer is transceiver, they must consider all frequencies and intermodulation whether or not a problem occured.

If possible, could you please consider to provide the information?
If not, I'll make the customer to consider another device.

Thank you for your understanding that we do not reveal the proprietary charge pump frequency.

Other than the design information, what does the customer need to see from our device to use it in their system?

We can't reveal the charge pump frequency.

If the customer could use different information I could help.

I will close this as we cannot deliver the proprietary information.
