My customer is considering SN74CBT3251 and SN74CBT3253.

He has a question, so I was wondering if you could advise.

Regarding SN74CBT3251 and SN74CBT3253, is there a charge pump circuit device inside.

I think there is not charge pump inside, but I'd like to confirm just in case.

Because we are considering this multiplexer for switching RF signal path,

I am concerned about the influence of the spurs derived from the charge pump.

Hi Shinichi-san,
You are right. The SN74CBT3251/53 do not have charge pump.

FYI, we have a newer 8:1 MUX (TMUX1208 ) that might be a good fit. Do you know their use-case requirements (i.e. frequency, supply-voltage etc.)
