TS5A3166: I+ (Positive supply current) shows about 80uA when IN=2.8V, V+=3.6V.

Hi Team,

The datahseet shows the folowing.


I understand the condition is IN=V+ or GND in this case.
My customer is evaluating it and confirmed I+ increased about 80uA when IN=2.8V, V+=3.6V.
Is it reasonable result for TS5A3166?
The result is the same between three samples.

Note)
I+ increased 1.7mA when IN=2.8V, V+=4.3V.

    Yes, this result is reasonable.  TI recommends the control logic inputs be at Vcc or ground to prevent the excess current consumption.  This application note explains in detail what is causing the increase in current consumption.
