Hi team,
Could you please help to check if we have automotive qualified SPDT switch that could replace SKY13370-374LF?
Thanks

Fery,
The SKY13370-374 device is a gallium arsenide switch (GaAs) and includes internal 50 ohm terminations. The high bandwidth passive FET switch like this would be the TMUX136 but it is a CMOS switch which cannot handle currents >128mA like a GaAs switch could. You can use the TMUX136 in low power high speed applications
The PE4259 device is on a CMOS process but is characterized like an RF switch. The TMUX136 had good signal performance but many customers want it characterized with RF type testing like compression points and IP3s etc which the TMUX136 does not have in the datasheet today.
Thank you,
Adam
