I had recently looked at the ADG508F but would like to know whether MUX508 has the best fit to does the same feature?

    Hi Electrobud,

    MUX508 has identical pinout but different feature set.

    Key device parameters like timing, Ron, charge injection & on-capacitance are better on the MUX508. However, the fault-protection is not integrated. If you need fault protection feature, MPC508 is an option.
