I am supporting a project in which a competitor device (analog switch) has been obsoleted and trying to see if we have any suitable part to propose.
The application is a CCD camera and requirements are:
- +/12V range
- Very stable 'on resistance' versus temperate.
- Two channels required (Could be achieved either with a single or two parts)
- Sub 10pF input impedance (critical spec)
