TS5A26542: Max current

Part Number: TS5A26542

Max switching current for this device given as 700mA and continuous 450mA. Are there any other bidirectional devices with similar or higher max current. Device can be N/O. ? Is there a device with this current capability in a different footprint ?

    Hi, Michael,

    You already found our highest current capacity signal switches. The other device is the TS5A6542, which has the same max current rating as the TS5A26542. 

    For passing even higher current, you may consider one of the TI load switches, which are designed to pass high current.
