TMUX1102: Tina model for low RDson high BW switch

Part Number: TMUX1102

Hello Team ,
Do we have any part similar to the TMUX1102 which has a Tina model available , I am planning to use this is in a reference section of the TI datasheet for VGA type application as shown below .

The signal is expected to be in 500KHz range , so the switch BW ~ 500Khz should be good .

  • Hi Shreenidhi,

It is recommended to select a switch with bandwidth that is 3x the signal frequency. So if you have a signal in 500KHz range, you should use a switch that supports a bandwidth of atleast 1500kHz.

The TMUX1102 supports high bandwidth of 300MHz so you have plenty of margin.

The TMUX1119 has a TINA Spice model available (link). You can use one channel to simulate your application based on TMUX1102.

You can also model TMUX1102  by simply implementing a series resistor & loading capacitance based on the datasheet values. It depends on what you are trying to simulate.

    Thanks
