What is the switch state if the power is off?

(ON, OFF, High-Z)

Is the device connected to a specific port when the power is turned off?

    Hi Louis,

    The TS12A451x parts have protection diodes to Vcc, So you must not apply voltages to COM/NO/NC when powered off.

    The Off leakage specs in the datasheet provide the current information (Vcc = 0V):
