Hi team,
Could you please recommend a suitable 1:2 bus switch for TFT-LCD module (R0-R7, G0-G7 and B0-B7 data signals, 24 bits)? Thanks!
Best regards,
Sam Ting

Hi Clemens,
The signal is 1.8V logic and 25MHz.
What's the feature of powered down?
Best regards,
Sam Ting
Hi Sam,
I think Clemens was asking if the feature of Powered-off protection is needed. A device with powered-off protection (or isolation during power off) ensures that the I/O path is in the high-Z state when Vcc = 0V. This feature protects the system and device against back-powering events and eliminates the need for power sequencing. You can read more about powered-off protection in this article.
We do not have a 24-bit 2:1 mux, but we can think about another solution. For your application, can all 24 bits be controlled by the same select line? If so, I can recommend using two 12-bit 2:1 muxes, such as SN74CBTLV16292, which has powered-off protection.
Do you also need 1.8V compatible logic select pins?
Thanks!

Kate
Hi Kete,
The select logic can be 3.3V. Thanks for your support!
