I want to simulate the device, but unfortunately, I am working with Multisim and I can't find a file that supports this software. do you guys know one?

Hi Guni,

Unfortunately we currently don't offer an IBIS simulation software.

Your options are to either run your simulation in a signal integrity simulation tool such as HyperLynx, Cadence SigXplorer, Agilent ADS or to import the IBIS model into HSpice.

I will ask our team if we can support a file for Multisim.

Hi Guni,

We don’t have the TMUX6119 model available right now but do have plan to work on it soon.

Can you use the MUX509 model for now? The performance is pretty similar to TMUX6119,
