Hi,

I have a question about ΔICC in data sheet P5.

Does ΔICC mean that the drive capacity of each CH is 2.5mA max?

Or does ΔICC mean that the maximum sink current of the control terminals (1OE, 2OE, S0, S1) is 2.5mA?

ΔI_CC does not apply to the data channels, and the control inputs always have high impedance.

The control inputs work best with 5 V logic signals. ΔI_CC describes how much more current flows (into V_CC and out of GND) when you apply a lower voltage to one of them. See section 4.6.28 of Understanding and Interpreting Standard-Logic Data Sheets.
